Growing up in Far North Queensland, Mike has been diving since he was 16 years old - which is - well, a long time ago! He used to work in the airforce as an air traffic controller so he knows something about safety.
Mike is an SSI dive instructor, a qualified coxswain, and a DAN first aid and oxygen provider instructor.
Mike is a keen underwater photographer - taking most of the photos in our albums. He can give you advice on an affordable camera and underwater housing as well as tips to get a good picture. Regularly leading dive trips overseas ( a "difficult" job but some-one has to go!!) - ask him for advice on great dive travel destinations and assistance to book your trip.
