OUR BOATS

In the Summer of 2009/10 The Merimbula Divers Lodge launched a BRAND NEW purpose built dive boat "Scubapro".

boat With this great boat we are able to carry 16 divers and two crew rapidly to our dive sites. Two efficient 300 hp, four stroke engines reduce the impact on the environment.

Built in Queensland, this design is increasingly used for ocean vessels needing speed, comfort and manoeuvrability. With it's shade cover, dual tank holders and dry storage areas it is perfect for trouble free diving. A roll off entry over the side gets everyone into the water promptly.

We deploy safety stop bars and can have air available at 5 metres on our boats. We also carry oxygen in case of emergency.

"Scubapro" is easily transported to all our sites with our new Dual Cab 4WD Utility.
